After the buyer's approval of the TL amount of the products added to the shopping cart, including VAT, an order confirmation e-mail is first sent to the customer. No shipment is made before the Order Confirmation mail is sent.

All domestic orders are delivered to the delivery address specified by *** CARGO within 1-5 “working days”* depending on the collection time of the order amount and the stock priority (if available). The following issues are decisive when calculating the shipping fee on our site:

1- Total weight of selected products: Total weight is calculated automatically during shopping by using the weight registered in our system of each magazine or book in the order.

2- Location where delivery will be made: Shipping rates within Turkey and abroad are different. Domestic shipments are also calculated according to the countries to which the cargo will be delivered. * Currency conversions are based on Central Bank rates.

In regions where the Cargo Company delivers one day a week, there may be a delay in the specified day in cases such as inaccuracies and deficiencies in the shipping information, and in cases such as some social events. The buyer cannot impose any responsibility on the seller due to these sags. If the product is to be delivered to another person from the Buyer, the seller is not responsible for the extra shipping costs that may arise from the person to be delivered not accepting the delivery, inaccuracy in the address information, and not being at the location of the Buyer. For orders to be sent abroad, the shipping fee is calculated in a different way. * For example, an order that was collected on Thursday will arrive on Wednesday at the latest: Thursday (1st day), Friday (2nd day), Monday (3rd day), Tuesday (4th day), Wednesday (5th day).
